Tracking health data is integral to the success of our program. Through various tools, including our InBody 570, we can track improvements over time and make changes when necessary and appropriate. We track everything from sleep quality, mood, diet, behavior patterns and body fat.
Nutrition and Weight Management
Knowing what we are up against on a daily basis, it is no wonder that we have very little time to focus on what we are eating and the amount of activity we are getting. Proper nutrition and a focused activity plan has shown to decrease several factors that lead to illness, including stress, depression, cardiovascular disease, cancer, anxiety, etc… The Strength Network does not offer quick fixes and we never will. We are in it for the long term. We teach people how to make changes that will last.

This system is at the heart of our program. I created this system through years of study and personal experience. When we need to make a shift in life, the Evolution of Change © shows us how.
This fun, exciting and time-tested modality follows in the tradition of Neuro Linguistic Pathology (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Gestalt Principles. Anchors, swish patterns, presence through state-change and creativity exercises designed to inspire innovation. These are just a few of the tools we use to help your employees break out of behaviors that are holding them back from living their best life – and being the employee you need.
Meditation, Yoga & Stress Management
Since the mid 1990's yoga and meditation have been gaining popularity in the West. In fact, all of us would be hard pressed to meet someone who has not taken a yoga class or has done some type of meditation.
The good news for us is that meditation and yoga have been well researched and both have been shown to greatly improve the quality of our life, by improving brain function and all-around health.
Hospitals & medical schools have incorporated both yoga and meditation into their curriculum. It works! PLUS we show how to incorporate these practices into your corporate culture. Guided Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, Prana Yoga & Pranayama are all included in our Wellness Programs.
